Delivery Information

We offer Free Delivery on all orders to the UK mainland regardless of the size of your order.

For other destinations, we would advise you of the delivery charge and await your instructions on whether to proceed with your order or not. Please note that your local customs department may charge you import duty before your goods are released to you.

Most of our orders are delivered within 24 hours; however, deliveries can take a little longer depending on stock availability and what you were ordering. We carry most items in stock, but sometimes certain items are made to order and can take several days to deliver. If there were going to be a delay in dispatching your order, we would notify you of this.

If you require an item urgently or by a specific date, we recommend that you contact us for stock availability. If for some reason, we are unable to meet your required delivery date, we will inform you of this and will await your instructions.

Returns

If you would like to return any goods to us for any reason, please notify us within seven working days by email to or by post to our head office at the address below.

It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and proper manner and pay all costs. We do recommend that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. If you would like us to collect the goods, then this would be possible.

Upon inspection of your returned goods, if they are found to be unused, not damaged, and in the original packaging, we will offer a full refund minus collection charges if applicable.Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund certain items due to hygiene reasons or if the item was specifically made.

Warranty

If you discover a fault with your product, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team. Please be advised that some repairs can take up to 28 days.

Warranty periods are shown in the User Manual supplied for the product.

If your fault is not covered under the product warranty, where possible, we will present you with options to resolve the problem.
